LK Update: Our Response to COVID-19

With advice from the Government being updated daily and business across the UK adapting to new ways of working, we wanted to reassure you that Lancaster Knox is implementing measures to protect the safety and wellbeing of both our clients and employees during the coronavirus pandemic.

First, we remain fully open for business. We are continuing to support our clients and professional contacts as normal, and all our services remain entirely operational. We are closely monitoring the situation on a daily basis and will take additional steps should the need arise in order to ensure a continued level of service.

The health and wellbeing of our team and those with whom we work remains paramount. With clients, staff and our colleagues within the wider Knox group of companies based in multiple jurisdictions, we are already well-equipped to work flexibly.

Our team is exercising sensible judgement in working from home, and we continue to monitor Government advice to best protect our own people and those we work with. Unnecessary travel, face-to-face meetings, and events have been postponed, but we remain fully contactable with an excellent infrastructure to operate remotely, including the use of video conferencing facilities.

Our commitment to providing the best possible service remains as strong as ever, and we are well-prepared as a business. We also understand that many businesses and individuals will require additional help during these challenging times, and wherever we can, we will be here to provide what support we can.
